Our Remote Restore Intensive package is for organizations looking to transition to remote (or who have recently transitioned to remote) and are looking for help in day to day operations, recruitment and talent management, and/or building team culture in a remote setting.
We start by jumping on some calls to get a feel for your needs. After we've built context, we'll debrief with you on what we see as your biggest needs and decide on focus areas for the shadow week. During the intensive week, we'll essentially join your company as full-time employees with this specific area of interest as our focus. Finally, we will present your entire team with recommendations ranging from tools, processes improvements, call management strategies, goal setting templates, and unique remote team-building strategies.
After we present you with our recommendations we'll schedule follow-up implementation calls to help you move forward with the changes. We also offer 2 hours of additional help any time in the next 6 months for follow up support.
Remote Boost.
Remote Boost is our standard, hourly consulting option where we will help assess any remote work and culture needs, and then find creative ways to address them.
We have a combined 10+ years of experience in the remote space, and after travel, it's our favorite thing to talk about.
